Creative with Clay Messy Modelling
A gentle, child-led exploration of working with clay as a form of play, expression and communication. This workshop invites curiosity, permission giving and freedom from “doing it right”, creating space for making without expectation or outcome.
Through messy modelling, we will explore how clay can support self-expression, connection with the subconscious and communication beyond words. It offers a way of listening to what emerges through the hands, allowing feelings, stories and inner experiences to take shape naturally.
This workshop is for anyone interested in the emotional and therapeutic value of creative play, and in how simple, sensory materials can open pathways to connection, regulation and deeper understanding.

Inside the Play Therapy Room
A gentle introduction to the play therapy room as a space for exploration, safety and expression. Participants will be invited to experience a range of therapeutic resources, with particular attention given to sand tray work and its unique way of supporting.
We will explore how the play therapy room can hold children’s inner worlds, offering permission to create, move, choose and express freely. Through hands on experience, you will gain a sense of how symbolism, metaphor and sensory play can support emotional processing, self-understanding and connection.
This session is about slowing down, noticing what emerges and developing a felt sense of how the environment itself becomes part of the therapeutic relationship.

Working with Self Doubt and Inner Criticism
This workshop offers a gentle space to explore self-doubt, negative thoughts and the ways we learn to speak (and listen) to ourselves. It is an invitation to slow down, notice what is present, and begin to understand these inner voices with curiosity.
Together we will begin to look at our core values and how our self-view and self-doubt can develop. We’ll explore how we can respond to ourselves with more kindness, steadiness and understanding, creating space for a more supportive inner relationship.
This session is about learning to listen to yourself with care, building trust in your own experience, and finding ways to feel more grounded, compassionate and resourced from within.

Calm in Connection: Supporting Regulation in Children and Young People
This workshop offers an introduction to supporting children and young people with emotional and nervous system regulation through play, presence and relationship. It focuses on understanding regulation as something that develops in connection, rather than something that is imposed or taught.
We will explore practical, gentle ways of helping children feel safer in their bodies and emotions. There will be space to notice how regulation looks and feels, how dysregulation shows itself, and how we can respond with curiosity and compassion.
This session is about building confidence in offering calm, grounded support that helps children and young people return to a sense of balance, safety and connection.

Dopamine Dressing with Natalie from Life in Colour
Guest speaker Natalie from Life in Colour - an executive coach, image consultant and stylist runs a workshop to discuss colour psychology and dopamine dressing during these darker winter months.

Free Initial Consultation
Connection matters.
Reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and finding the right person to walk alongside you is important. Beyond qualifications, it’s about feeling safe, comfortable and understood.
That’s why I offer a free initial consultation call. It gives us space to talk about what you’re looking for, how I work, and whether we feel like a good fit. For children and young people, this also supports their understanding and involvement.
Contact me for a gentle, no-obligation conversation to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
