Adult Therapy
At The NEST, we believe therapy should meet you where you are. We work collaboratively, drawing from a range of approaches to tailor your support in a way that honours your needs, preferences, and experiences.

Adult therapy sessions are available for individuals aged 18 and over. These sessions provide a confidential, non-judgemental, and empathetic space where we build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work together to explore the challenges you’re facing. These can take place in person, online or on the phone.
You might be seeking support for anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, grief or loss, emotional regulation, anger, past trauma, life transitions, or navigating suspected or diagnosed neurodiversity. Whatever you bring to the space, therapy offers the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain deeper self-understanding, and uncover your inner strengths. The aim is to help you move towards greater wellbeing and a stronger connection with your authentic, confident self.

While counselling is primarily a talking therapy, creative tools and approaches are available to all clients at The NEST.
Engaging in creative processes can have a powerful neurological impact, reducing cortisol, lowering stress, and supporting emotional regulation. Creativity can open up new perspectives, helping you access parts of yourself that may be hidden, forgotten, or difficult to express. It can enhance self-awareness, bring clarity, and offer a sense of agency and accomplishment.
