At The NEST we believe in a team approach. For families navigating a system which may include: annual meetings, Individual Educational Plans (IEPs), Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), or, Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP); we are here to empower both pupils and parents to build effective communications with schools, understand these processes and share personalised strategies to remove barriers to attendance and learning, foster a sense of belonging and improve engagement (which lead to positive outcomes). We engage parents and caregivers with tools to support their child, as well as with school meetings (at the parent’s, caregiver’s or child’s request).
